In this presentation, JSO President John O'Dwyer spoke Board members and managers of various types of cooperative housing (limited and full equity housing).

John educated his listeners on the importance of knowing the large and smaller aspects that appraisers consider when valuing co-operative housing properties.

He armed his audience with tools to help them have a better understanding of not just the need for a strong reserves for replacement, but the importance of managing ones real estate taxes, insurance (fixed costs) but also the affect various variable costs can have on a property.
