An intoduction to our newly added Green Blasts
Every Monday over the next several weeks we will be releasing a series of "Green Blasts"
that address how the changing market (ranging from general "green" terms to construstion incentives) can play into
the valuation of commercial real estate. We hope these blasts will serve to explore new concepts, introduce the role of new
buzzwords in the industry, and open a dialogue about the changing landscape of (green) real estate development.
As you read these short articles we encourage you to share your thoughts and in time we hope to integrate an interative
