The company is split between financing, real estate tax
appeal valuation, estate taxation, conservation easements, special use structures, and other varied miscellaneous assignments.
The practice is only concerned with the appraisal of real estate. There are no other divisions such as management, brokerage,
consulting, estate planning, etc. The only licenses we carry are for the valuation of real estate. We also, as a general rule,
decline valuing single family homes.
While in principal we have the knowledge and the software to complete these assignments, this work is mainly referred to a
local firm which specializes in this type of property.
For the practice, the primary concentration is valuing commercial property.

whom we have been engaged for the purpose of valuation.
