Noelle has been a part of JSO Valuation Group, Ltd, since
2007. She has over nine years of professional real estate experience. Noelle is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
class of 2001 majoring in administration, real estate, and urban land economics. Her experience began as an appraiser working
in Chicago (2001-2003) and then as a research associate gathering field data on new residential development in Chicagoland
(2003-2005). Before starting at JSO Valuation Group, Ltd in 2007, Noelle worked from 2005-2007 as a market analysis specialist
in Chicago. She is an Appraisal Institute associate member as well as a certified general appraiser in the state of Wisconsin
with over 15-hours of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) courses completed.

Real Estate Analyst, Ibi Cole |
With over 6-years of experience, Ibi Cole has been a member of JSO Valuation Group since early 2007.
After obtaining her Bachelor of Business Management from Columbia College Chicago in 2002, she transitioned from real estate
agent (2004-2006) to appraiser (2005-2007) before joining JSO in early 2007. Ibi received her certificate of completion
and licensure from the Appraisal Institute, Chicago in 2005 as well as her certificate of completion and licensure from the
Chicago Association of Realtors in 2004. She is an associate appraiser of the appraisal institute and a member of the Chicago
Association of Realtors.

Real Estate Analyst, David Huffman
|
David Huffman is a Real Estate Analyst that joined JSO Valuation Group in 2007. He graduated from the
University of virginia in 2007 with a major in Economics. Mr. Huffman is an Associate member of the appraisal Institute as
well as a member of the University of Virginia Alumni Association. In addition to completed coursework, David has reserved
time to complete all of the remaining continuing education requirements (300-hours) to be a Certified General Appraiser with
the State of Illinois by June of 2011. Over the past three-years, Mr. Huffman has completed appraisal projects that contain
a total of 9,139,711-square feet of rentable building area and an estimated market value of $421,500,400.

Real Estate Anaylst, Anthony Mulé
|
Anthony first started working at JSO Valuation Group, Ltd after graduating Cum Laude from Marquette University
in 2008 with a double major in Commercial Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. He is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute
as well as a member of the Marquette Alumni Association. Prior to working at JSO Valuation Group, Ltd., Anthony held an internship
position at TOLD Development Company, while finishing his Bachelor's Degree. During the internship, Anthony was responsible
for assisting the Company's principals by researching, analyzing, and selecting prospective sites for acquisition and
development. Currently, Anthony is in the process of obtaining his General Appraiser state certification with the Appraisal
Institute.

Real Estate Anaylst, Jason Legg
|

Jason has had over 5-years of experience as a real estate analyst. He graduated in 2001 from Indiana University
as a Bachelor of Science in Public affairs specializing in Financial Management. Jason has worked for JSO Valuation Group
since 2005 and is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute.

Real Estate Analyst - Jack Lewandowski
|
Jack is the newest member of JSO Valuation Group, Ltd, joining the firm in January of 2010. Jack has close
to four-years of professional real estate experience. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois-Chicago
with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. His experience began as a broker's assistant (1999-2000) at a major Chicago
brokerage firm which led to a position as a finance specialist (2001-2002) in the brokerage's accounting department. Jack
then worked as a research associate (2002-2003) gathering market data on new residential developments in the Chicago area
as well as a real estate tax analyst (2003-2004) for a commercial real estate tax consulting firm. Prior to joining JSO, he
was self-employed in various industries. Jack will soon begin classes at the Appraisal Institute with the goal of becoming
a licensed appraiser in the State of Illinois.
